To synchronize your Accounting System with Jira, you need to press the "Import" button at the top right off the screen. 

Remember these very important details:

1. You can only import 5 minutes after your previous import 
2. If your project or retainers are not active / executing, they will not be updated when pressing "Import". Only active projects and retainers will be updated
